July 24, 2015 ELECTION INFORMATION The City of Phoenix will hold a regular election on Tuesday, Aug. 25 for the purposes of electing a Mayor, Councilmembers from Council Districts 1, 3, 5, and 7 and to vote on five ballot measures. The last day to register to vote to participate in this election is Monday, July 27th. Residents can register to vote online at servicearizona.com or you can register to vote in person at Phoenix City Hall – 200 W. Washington Street, 15th Floor. Registration forms are also available from the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office at recorder.maricopa.gov/elections/registrationform.aspx or by calling 602-506-1511. Registered voters who are on the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL), will begin receiving ballots by mail on Thursday, July 30. Registered voters who are not on the Permanent Early Voting List, but wish to receive an early ballot by mail, may request a ballot. Request forms are available on the city’s election website​​. Request forms can also be obtained by calling the City Clerk Department, Records and Elections Division, at 602-261-VOTE (8683). The City Clerk must receive a signed, written request for an early ballot by mail no later than 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14. Below are other ways you can cast your vote for the August 25 election: Early Voting: For individuals who wish to vote early in person rather than by mail, early voting will be available during business hours at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington Street, 15th Floor from Thursday, July 30 through Friday, August 21. ​Voting Centers: The voting centers will be open for this election. Any eligible city voter may vote in person at any of the 29 voting centers on Saturday, August 22 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), Monday, August 24 (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or Tuesday, August 25 (6 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
