Part of the special signature of this event is that it offers a wide diversity of styles and types of art that is very high quality. Quite simply, we look for the best of the best in each style of work and bring them together in one impressive space. ” said Susan Morrow Potje, co-owner and show director. The Celebration of Fine Art has been called “One of the West’s Premier Art Events” by Art & Antiques magazine. It attracts more than 50,000 visitors during the 10 weeks of the show. Over 40,000 square feet of artist’s studios can be found under the big white tents. “The show has become a very special venue for artists and art lovers alike,” said Susan Morrow Potje. “It’s a place where creativity and conceptualization are fueled by curiosity and connectivity. It’s where art comes to life before your eyes.” The Celebration of Fine Art includes painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers, weavers, fiber artists, wood turners, and ceramicists working in various styles including realism, impressionism, Western, abstract and contemporary. The outdoor sculpture garden will hold nearly 100 life-sized and monumental sculptures, as well as shared work space where visitors can see welding, kiln firings, bronze pouring, and other demonstrations. The show is open to guests of all ages. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and military, and children under 12 are free. Tickets are all-event passes, good for the entire 10-week show during which attendees will have the opportunity to meet the artists and see art transform. “Absolutely fabulous show – especially to see the artists doing their work right in front of you.
