National Debt Relief Talks About Helpful Habits To Be Able To Retire Early

Theo nguồn tin trên trang mạng của prweb.com PHOENIX, AZ (PRWEB) FEBRUARY 24, 2016 National Debt Relief recently shared in an article published February 5, 2016 that aims to help consumers reach their dreams of being able to retire early. The article titled “Want To Retire Early? Practice These Financial Habits Right Now” takes a look at some of the practices and habits that can help people reach this goal. The article starts out that there are certain financial habits that consumers need to understand and practice in order to retire early. The main goal of retiring early is not about lounging around the house all day long. Retiring early means financial independence and not having to work too hard just to meet basic needs. Retiring means saving enough to have the luxury of time to pursue other passions or hobbies in life without having to constantly think about day to day financial needs. One habit the article shares is that consumers need to be able to put themselves first to achieve early retirement. Consumers must be able to put their needs first because it simply makes taking care of themselves and even others a lot easier down the line. If they were building their house and kept on giving away the materials to people asking for help, they would soon realize that the people they helped already built their homes and they are left with nothing to build theirs. It is also important for consumers to have a clear picture of what they want out of their retirement. The article explains that consumers need to be as detailed as possible when it comes to planning so they can manage their own expectations. It can be travelling, setting up a home business or even buying a smaller house they will maintain until old age. After having a clear picture of what retirement means for them, the article suggests that consumers need to start looking at the numbers. They need to know exactly how much they need to be able to reach their retirement goals. This gives them a target or a goal to work on for retirement. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Launches One-of-a-Kind Program with Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, Championing Youth Wellness

Theo nguồn tin trên trang mạng PRNewswire

PHOENIX, Feb. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — The state’s largest locally-owned health insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ), is working with Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council (GSACPC) to develop a special patch for girls that focuses on healthy living. The patch – available to all local Girl Scouts, from Daisies to Ambassadors – teaches the girls about several important aspects of wellness, including fitness, community, friendship, career and general health. The All About Healthy Living patch is a one-of-a-kind collaboration and will be unveiled during GSACPC’s World Thinking Day event on Saturday, Feb. 20. This patch program is the most comprehensive of its kind, providing progressive, age-appropriate, hands-on learning opportunities for girls from K to 12. It also incorporates a spectrum of activities focusing on key aspects of wellness with more than 70 local community organizations around the state. “This joint effort with the Girl Scouts is another way BCBSAZ is reaching Arizona youth about the importance of forming lifelong health and wellness habits. The program has the ability to impact more than 20,000 Girl Scouts from Maricopa County to the Navajo Nation,” said Jennifer Kaufman, vice president of marketing at BCBSAZ. A Girl Scout will receive the All About Healthy Living patch when she participates in World Thinking Day and then must successfully complete an activity in each of the five wellness categories to earn a “rocker” for that category. Once earned, these “rockers” are placed around the outside of the All About Healthy Living patch. The five “rocker” categories are fitness, friends, community, future and health. “This collaboration is not only good for our community but offers value for all of our Girl Scouts,” said Tamara Woodbury, chief executive officer at GSACPC. “The All About Healthy Living patch will help our Girl Scouts discover, connect and take action around the issue of healthy living. It’s an engaging model designed to inspire a culture of health and wellness for our girls.” This Girl Scout initiative is one of many community efforts that BCBSAZ supports under its Nourishing Arizona program. Through the Nourishing Arizona program, BCBSAZ educates communities across the state about making better food choices and preventing chronic health conditions. Helping Arizona families build active lifestyles and form lifelong healthy habits remains a significant focus for the not-for-profit company. How Phoenix Sperm Bank is Keeping the Zika Virus Out of the Sperm Donor Supply

Theo nguồn tin trên trang mạng PRNewswire

“Any donors who indicate travel, or sex with someone who has traveled, to the risk associated countries are being deferred for 1 month. The Zika virus has been shown to remain in a person’s blood for 28 days.

PHOENIX, Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — As an industry leader in providing families and individuals with quality donations and adhering to the highest sperm donor compliance, Seattle Sperm Bank (SSB), d.b.a Phoenix Sperm Bank, has taken steps to proactively prevent samples infected with the Zika virus from getting into the supply of donor sperm. On February 2, 2016, the same day a New York Times article was released regarding the risks of passing the Zika virus through sexual transmission, SSB immediately improved its screening process to defer any donors with risk factors associated with contracting or transferring the virus. Any donors who indicate travel, or sex with someone who has traveled, to the risk associated countries are being deferred for 1 month. These steps were taken without any mandate from the government, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other health agency. Rather, they were taken at the direction of our Medical Director, Dr. Jeffrey Olliffe M.D., to be consistent with our mission to safeguard our recipients and their future children. Our Phoenix Sperm Bank Tissue Bank Director, Grace Centola, Ph.D., states that, “Our intent is to take every measure possible to safeguard the health of offspring of donor sperm using screening tools currently available. It has been recommended that blood donors defer for 28 days. We are going beyond that restriction to 30 days from return to the US following travel to the high risk countries.” Even before news reports of the rapid spread of the Zika virus in Brazil were published, SSB was already screening potential sperm donors about diseases such as Zika through its regular process. This includes asking donors about their travel and sexual history, specifically with regards to the countries at highest risk of outbreaks of the Zika virus or similar infectious diseases. The Zika virus is mainly spread through infected mosquitos. Once the virus is contracted, it can also be passed by sexual contact through semen. Thus far in 2016, one confirmed case of the Zika virus being transmitted through sex was recently discovered in Texas. Recent research also suggests the virus can last longer in semen than previously thought. The Zika virus is especially dangerous to pregnant women – and women seeking to conceive – because it has been linked to birth defects in infants, including microcephaly. About Seattle Sperm Bank Seattle Sperm Bank was established to provide families and individuals with donor choices. Our scientific approach with a human touch will ensure that you get a product of the highest quality. Our screening reaches much further than a simple sperm analysis and includes a rigorous and through process. Our donor catalog consists of a wide range of American open ID and anonymous donors. Donor screening and selection is a primary concern. Seattle Sperm Bank uses industry-leading human tissue screening procedures. We adhere strictly to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration guidance and all state regulations regarding sperm banking. We also use industry-leading human tissue screening procedures to detect HIV, hepatitis, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and spinal muscular atrophy as well as other tests. Just as important, our extensive genetic screening and medical history review of the donors’ matches the highest standard of any sperm bank in the U.S. Phoenix Sperm Bank www.phoenixspermbank.com 1492 S.
