Oct. 25, 2012 College Depot, located on the second floor of Burton Barr Central Library at 1221 N. Central Ave., will host four free workshops in November. College Application Tips + Hands on Lab 4 – 5:30 p.m. – Thursday, November 1 Get tips on completing a college application and put what you learn to the test in a hands-on computer session. Searching for Scholarships + Hands-on Lab (two sessions) 5:30-6:45 p.m. – Thursday, November 15 10 -11:15 a.m. – Saturday, November 17 Learn to search for scholarships and put what you learn to the test in a hands-on computer session. How to Pay for College (presented in Spanish) 5:30-6:30 p.m. – Wednesday, November 28 Learn how to pay for college with financial aid, scholarships, work-study and savings. Space is limited.
