Finding Love at Phoenix Public Library
Theo nguồn tin trên trang mạng của phoenix.gov Feb. 12, 2013 Valentine’s Day can be difficult for those of us still looking for “true love.” Phoenix Public Library is stepping up to help customers by arranging a blind date…with a good book. In honor of the traditional love fest on Feb. 14, several library locations are wrapping up some of their favorite books, DVDs and CDs, and encouraging customers to discover something new – author, artist, actor or director. Customers are invited to select an item “blind.” Items will be marked according to genre, such as fiction, mystery, country western and hip hop. Participating Phoenix Public Library locations include: Acacia Library – 750 E. Townley Century Library – 1750 E. Highland Ave. Desert Sage Library – 7602 W. Encanto Blvd. Mesquite Library – 4525 E. Paradise Village Parkway N. South Mountain Community Library – 7050 S. 24 St. Phoenix Public Library is a system of 16 branch libraries and the Burton Barr Central Library.
