Registration Opens for Parks and Recreation Summer Programs April 27
April 24, 2013 Summer programs include full-day, supervised recreation programs for kids at 13 sites Registration opens at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 27, for Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department summer programs including full-day supervised recreation programs at 13 sites to keep kids engaged, active and safe over the summer break. The full-day programs will start June 3 and run through the end of July. In addition to the full-day programs, centers also are offering a large selection of general interest classes and sports programs. Many smaller centers also are offering free, drop-in programs during the summer. Online registration is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In-person registration is available at any department community center during normal operating hours.
