Car Buffs Can Get Treat, Then Eat at Downtown Phoenix Park
Theo nguồn tin trên trang của phoenix.gov Jan. 30, 2014 Classic Car photo for news releaseValley car enthusiasts can take a step back in time when Phoenix’s Heritage & Science Park hosts the “Motoring Through Time – Where the transportation past meets the future!” classic vehicle exhibit Saturday, Feb. 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free event will feature more than 100 classic and antique cars, trucks, travel trailers, motorcycles and more dating from the early 1900s to the mid-1980s, including Model Ts, Packards, Mustangs and Corvettes. After enjoying the exhibit, car enthusiasts can enjoy world-class dining without ever leaving the park. Pizzeria Bianco, Nobuo at Teeter House, Royal Coffee and the Rose & Crown all call the park home, using the site’s historic buildings to turn out renowned cuisine. Heritage & Science Park, a facility of the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department, is located at 6th St. & Monroe in downtown Phoenix. It’s within walking distance of light rail stations at 3rd St. & Washington/Jefferson and Central/1st Ave. and Van Buren.
