Learn the Top 10 Things You Need to Know About Homeowner Association Law
Theo nguồn tin trên mạng của phoenix.gov March 7, 2014 As part of Neighborhood Services’ ongoing series on homeowner associations (HOAs), in partnership with Mulcahy Law, the city’s Neighborhood College presents another free workshop that highlights the top 10 things that get HOA boards into trouble. The workshop will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, at Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave., auditorium. The top 10 list will be interpreted and discussed, along with Arizona’s Open Meeting law, proper voting procedures, audits, association fines and penalties, inspection of books and records by association members and additional areas that are commonly mishandled by the board of directors. The workshop also will feature a question-and-answer session with a Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. attorney.
