Oct. 26, 2015 Councilman Michael Nowakowski invites residents to a free Halloween Festival and Movie in the Park, Oct. 30 from 5 to 9 p.m. at John R. Davis Elementary School, 6209 S. 15th Ave. The festival features costume contests, games, music, face painting and pumpkin decorating. The movie screening will feature the PG-rated “Hotel Transylvania” and will start at 7 p.m. The event is co-sponsored by the office of Councilman Michael Nowakowski and Dignity Health Arizona.
