Customer Service Representative | Vietnamese/English (Part-time, option to work from home) Location: Glendale, Arizona (Call Center) or work at home Total Transit, Inc. is one of the fastest growing companies in the transportation industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Correspond to incoming calls in-accordance with script Gather and record information accurately for different call types and customers Utilize appropriate tone and voice inflection. Resolve customer inquiries and convey empathy as appropriate. Proficient in online map systems. Contribute to a positive customer experience and work environment by behaving in accordance with company core principles/culture. Stay current on all service policies, procedures and training updates. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: Type 25 wpm, 10-key experience preferred. Computer office application and communication experience required Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs. Knowledge of the geographical area Ability to navigate multi-task with multiple screens in a timely manner Strong active listening and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated teamwork and exceptional problem solving skills. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Customer service and call center experience preferred LANGUAGE SKILLS: Bilingual (Vietnamese/English speaking) Notes: – Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. (due to regulations/our contract requirements) – Must be available for a onsite training period -Demonstrated interest in part-time work -Available to work via regular attendance on shifts expressing interest – Random Drug Testing -Work from home opportunity after training period.
