Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill Prepares for Annual Chinese New Year Celebration

The special selection of dishes will be available at the Scottsdale, Chandler, Dallas Fort Worth Airport and Boise locations. Guests can find the specialty menus from February 1st-February 11th and can look forward to dishes including General Ling’s Chicken, Char Siu Pork Tenderloins, Crispy Asian Bass and limited time dessert, the Five Spice Crème Brulee. To accompany the menu, Ling & Louie’s also put together Lucky Libations menu which features specially crafted cocktails by Ling & Louie’s in-house mixologists. Each of these limited time cocktails were which specially crafted with ingredients believed to bring good fortune in the Chinese culture. Guests can indulge in tasty concoctions like the Perennial Peach, Coconut Confidant the Prosperous Pineapple and the Orange Opulence. This new menu is an exciting showcase of Ling & Louie’s wok cooking abilities. The restaurant is already known for its mastery of the wok and traditional Asian fusion dishes and their Feast of Fortunes menu is setting out to do just that along with some symbolic flavors to celebrate the New Year. “Chinese New Year is a really fun time for us in the kitchen,” said John Banquil, Regional Manager of Ling & Louie’s. “We get to play with some flavors that are really traditional for us but we get to use them in new ways we hope everyone will love!” Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill is located at 9397 E.
