Voters must place the voted ballot in the signed affidavit envelope. The envelope can then be dropped off at any voting center in the city, including Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St. Early ballots must be received by 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 12. The voters also may go to any voting center to vote. The election is open to all Phoenix residents who are registered voters and reside within the city of Phoenix at least 29 days immediately before the election.
