Junk Yards in Phoenix, AZ Added to Car Parts Search System at Auto Parts Website

Junk Yards in Phoenix, AZ are now included in the used car parts research system at the GetYourPart.com website at http://getyourpart.com/junkyards-in-phoenix-az.

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) March 18, 2015

Maricopa County, AZ is now one of the areas where consumers can now research motor vehicle components that are sold in used condition on the web. The GetYourPart.com company is now including junk yards in Phoenix, AZ to its car parts research system on the web at http://getyourpart.com/junkyards-in-phoenix-az.

Residents who currently live in Arizona or who prefer to order direct from statewide dealers will now have the chance to research what yards are available and what price levels are charged at the GetYourPart.com website. All components listed are in used or aftermarket condition unless otherwise noted.

"Buying from an auto salvage yard is now becoming more common because consumers cannot find older components in car parts stores," said one Get Your Parts source.

The Phoenix market is one that has grown in the automotive industry since the late 1990s. From population growth to more second hand distributors, more people have greater access to research local parts dealers. One added benefit of the search system provided on the web this year is the warranties that are offered at no charge.

"Mechanics, body shop parts buyers or the general public will automatically receive a warranty plan with the purchase of a used foreign or domestic component," said the source.

As more dealers join the GetYourPart.com company network, consumers will be able to locate nearly any type of component from any vehicle production year. More salvage and wrecking yards are scheduled to be added for 2015 and announcement will be made once new partners are contracted.

About GetYourPart.com

The GetYourPart.com company offers one of the easiest to use research platforms for the average American who buys vehicle components on the web. The company has a digital inventory tool that searches its partners nationally. The GetYourPart.com company supports inventory quotations and direct purchases through its portal to provide a faster method of sale to consumers.

Nathan's Famous Celebrates Play with Donation to Arizonans for Children

Iconic Hot Dog Company provides local charity with a special day of play and $1,000 in groceries to Fry’s Food Stores

LISLE, Ill., March 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Nathan’s Famous brought a taste of Coney Island to Arizonans for Children in Phoenix on Wednesday as part of its Ready. Set. PLAY. initiative, a partnership created in 2014 with KaBOOM!. Ready. Set. PLAY. celebrates play and the local leaders who are making active play possible in communities across the nation. Those involved with Arizonans for Children were treated to a Coney Island-themed afternoon. Nathan’s Famous brought its mobile tour to Arizonans for Children’s headquarters where children enjoyed carnival games such as pop-a-shot and skee-ball, a miniature three-horse carousal, a Zoltar® Fortune Teller coupon machine and, most of all, Nathan’s Famous Premium Beef Hot Dogs. Commemorating the achievements of Arizonans for Children, Nathan’s Famous surprised Annie Ansell, executive director of the organization, with a Fry’s Food Stores gift card worth $1,000 towards the purchase of groceries, courtesy of Nathan’s Famous. “Receiving $1,000 from Nathan’s Famous was an incredible surprise that will help offset costs associated with the various programs that we have here in Phoenix for the kids,” said Ansell. “This was so unexpected! We thought Nathan’s Famous was only bringing the mobile experience but now having the opportunity to visit Fry’s Food Stores for groceries will be an extraordinary help, especially as we have cooking classes seven days a week to teach our kids how to cook. It’s about teaching youths, as they age out of foster care, to be independent when they turn 18. It’s critical that they learn to cook healthy meals and stay active.” In addition to the groceries donation, Nathan’s Famous also surprised one foster family with a VIP experience to Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Phoenix International Raceway. The experience included tickets to the race, a special behind-the-scenes tour of the garage and pits, and a goodie-bag filled with Nathan’s Famous and Richard Petty Motorsports branded items. “We believe balanced, active play is important for children and their development, and Arizonans for Children exemplifies what a community organization should be all about,” said Mike Paribello, Sr. Director of Marketing, Nathan’s Famous. “Nathan’s Famous is extremely proud of our partnerships with KaBOOM! and the impact it has not only on local communities, but the individual kids who benefit from these builds.” Arizonans for Children exists to facilitate opportunities and provide effective solutions to alleviate hardships and improve the fragile lives of the abused, abandoned, and neglected children in foster care. KaBOOM! is no stranger to Arizonans for Children, or Phoenix for that matter. KaBOOM! has built two playgrounds for the organization specifically, and 23 others within the city limits. Nathan’s Famous was founded just outside New York City in one of the original places of fun, Coney Island, so it is a brand that at its core is about fun, family and community. Nathan’s Famous is a licensed brand of Smithfield Foods. About Nathan’s Famous Nathan’s is a Russell 2000 Company that currently distributes its products in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Cayman Islands and nine foreign countries through its restaurant system, foodservice sales programs and product licensing activities. Nathan’s was ranked #55 on the Forbes list of the Best Small Companies in America and was listed as the Best Small Company in New York State in October 2013. Arizona State University Lauded as One of Nation's Top Law Schools

John Giduck showcases upcoming events in the Phoenix area that Baseball & Football fans will want to attend.

PHOENIX, March 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU) ranks No. 26 among the nation’s leading law schools, according to U.S. News & World Report’s annual survey of graduate schools. The college moved up five spots in one year and is now in the top 13 percent of the 198 accredited law schools evaluated as part of the survey. The college also ranks No. 9 among public law schools in the nation, as well as No. 9 among all accredited law schools west of the Mississippi. Key contributors to the rise in rankings for ASU’s law college include a year-over-year increase in GPA, bar passage rate, and job placement within nine months after graduation. The 2016 best law schools report also recognizes ASU’s law college for its flagship programs including, Legal Writing (No. 8), Health Law (No. 12), and Dispute Resolution (No. 11). ASU law students have won six national writing awards in the past four years, including the Burton Award, Scribes Awards, Albert S. Pergam International Law Writing Competition, and Mary Meors Wenig Student Writing Competition. The college has also bolstered its Health Law program, led by Professor James Hodge, who is joined by national and international leaders in the field like Regents Professors Gary Marchant and Rebecca Tsosie. “Student success is our top priority,” said Douglas Sylvester, dean of ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. “Students tell us they choose our college because of the connections and externships we are able to provide, the value they get from their investment, and the breadth and quality of our programs.” Students also enjoy a faculty to student ratio of 10 to 1. “In fall 2016, the benefits to ASU law students will further increase with our move to a new, multi-million dollar building in metropolitan Phoenix, just steps away from the legal, political and economic heart of Arizona,” Sylvester said. Last year, ASU’s law college provided more than 300 externships — at least one for every eligible enrolled student — and clinical spots for every student such as a unique opportunity to draft and prosecute patent applications at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The college offers more than 150 courses per year for students who want to become lawyers, as well as customized, flexible Master of Legal Studies (MLS) degrees for non-lawyer professionals who want grounding in legal basics but do not intend to practice law. Later this week, ASU will host a Sports Law and Business Conference that will bring together experts such as Tony Dungy and Oliver Luck to examine the future of the sports industry. In May, ASU will host its inaugural Sustainability Conference of American Legal Educators. These are just a sampling of the many events available to students, alumni, thought leaders, and community members. Based on data collected by the American Bar Association, ASU’s law college was No. 5 among the nation’s public law schools and No. 19 among all accredited law schools for placement in JD required jobs. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported job growth of 10.7 percent in legal occupations through 2022, adding 334,000 jobs. ASU offers a three-year JD, advanced standing JD, a one-year Master of Laws (LLM), and one-year MLS degrees with a variety of specialization and concurrent degree options. ASU also offers alumni of the law college an opportunity to continue their legal education through a Pay What You Want model as part of a “Law for Life” program. Select, recent graduates of the ASU law college may also be hired by the ASU Alumni Law Group, a not-for-profit law firm in the Phoenix area that provides affordable legal solutions. About the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law is one of the leading public law schools in the country. Currently ranked No. 26 nationally by U.S. News & World Report, the College is the preeminent law school in metropolitan Phoenix, the nation’s sixth-largest city. In addition to its renowned faculty, the College is home to several leading centers and programs recognized for excellence, including the Center for Law, Science & Innovation, the Center for Law and Global Affairs, and the Indian Legal Program. Its students choose and benefit from numerous opportunities for experiential and practical-skills training, as well as an array of theoretical courses. With a writing program that is ranked No. 8 nationally by U.S. News, a wide range of clinical opportunities, a breadth of externship offerings, and a pro bono program that annually contributes more than 100,000 hours of legal and law-related services to the community, the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law is pursuing a path of excellence, engagement, and opportunity.
